The Webex App has improved a lot. Previously, we needed to use 1 application for instant messaging and calls, and another application for meetings. Webex App simplifies the 3 biggest challenges of our company, which are to communicate by voice, video, or messages securely from a single application. Webex App also supports a corporate telephone extension, which helps us make calls for traditional use to cell phones, long-distance dialing, international calls, etc.

Microsoft Teams does not have the possibility to make calls to the PSTN with the CISCO telephony infrastructure, that is, in order to use Microsoft Teams, it is necessary to install additional components to direct a Microsoft switch to internal and external VoIP calls. With the Webex App, you can do the native integration to the CISCO telephony switches, or else, use PBX Cloud switches called Webex calling, strengthening the Webex application.
