Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

The Webex App has improved a lot. Previously, we needed to use 1 application for instant messaging and calls, and another application for meetings. Webex App simplifies the 3 biggest challenges of our company, which are to communicate by voice, video, or messages securely from a single application. Webex App also supports a corporate telephone extension, which helps us make calls for traditional use to cell phones, long-distance dialing, international calls, etc.

Microsoft Teams does not have the possibility to make calls to the PSTN with the CISCO telephony infrastructure, that is, in order to use Microsoft Teams, it is necessary to install additional components to direct a Microsoft switch to internal and external VoIP calls. With the Webex App, you can do the native integration to the CISCO telephony switches, or else, use PBX Cloud switches called Webex calling, strengthening the Webex application.
You have the support of the manufacturer to be able to call a central telephone number and capture the problems of the application. It is also possible to open a support case and have it communicated through a chat for follow-up and resolution of incidents. By having licensing contracts with a Cisco partner, you have the support of the partner for follow-up. The application receives updates automatically from Cisco, without the need for maintenance windows to apply patches or upgrades.

For the application to be a success story, an adoption plan must be made in companies. The company's collaborators may use user guides, best practices, among other recommendations so that its usability can generate a commitment to the application by end-users. This use is measurable through the analytics of the Webex administration portal, known as Control Hub.
The application is available for any user who requires business and traditional collaboration. It is not necessary to have a paid license in order to enjoy the benefits of the Webex App. Simply register with a personal email to make use of instant messaging, free Webex meetings, [and] share files safely in the Cisco cloud.
