Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

There is a wide scope of Webex usage in my organization. We have customers all over the world who use our networking products. If they face any issues, they open up a ticket with us. We work on them through the Webex application. We organize group calls, share remote desktop screens. Collect the required information to find the root cause and fix problems.

The user interface of Webex is way too good compared to GoToMeeting. There is no copy-paste option on the latter whereas Webex supports that like a charm. The audio clarity on Webex is nothing compared to what I saw in the GoToMeeting app. Webex does not require very high data for good quality audio.

I will very highly recommend Webex to anyone who needs to contact co-workers, customers, or end customers. Webex can act as the medium which takes care of the location factor and give the best clarity between the callers. Webex is best if you need to solve any networking problem remotely.

It's been a year since we deployed a hybrid work solution. The implementation is going extremely well. In fact, it's better than we initially thought it would be. Regardless of where we are the work gets done with zero issues and both the employee and employer save tons of time.
The main problem was to educate everyone about how this will work. Once that part was done, it was all easy. When everyone understood that it only has benefits and like zero problems. Everyone was onboard. The part where we had to let everyone understand that this is best for the both of us was the most critical part.

Webex App Support

I have only had to contact Webex support once or twice and both times the response was quick. There is a website where we get live updates if there [are] any server issues anywhere in the world. This actually helps to check for alternate servers if we are facing any issues.

Using Webex App

Webex is super stable. 99.9% of the time, there will be no issues and I think that it is pretty great for such a widely used application. Its user friendly, any new user can understand what and how to use it within a few minutes. Then the app makes sure that it meets the requirements.
