Webex App is used in our organization for client meetings, product demonstrations, scheduling any internal/external calls, and keeping track of upcoming meetings.
One of the most used apps by my organization since we have client meetings on a daily basis. Very seamless user interface, allows me to easily share specific screens as well as pause screen during the meeting.

- Easily schedule meeting with few clicks.
- Seamless integration with Outlook Calendar.
- Screen Share and Screen Pause are the best features.
- Use computer audio without a separate dial-in required.
- Chat feature of Webex App has scope for improvement.
- Cannot convert the Webex meeting output to any standard video formats.
- Multiple clicks required to share any file/documents over Webex App.
- Increase in user productivity.
- Increase in process efficiency.
Webex App allows me to schedule a meeting with just 1 click. Extremely intuitive interface and one of the best apps for client-facing meetings. This core feature lacks in other products.
