Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webex App on a daily basis in our organistaion over all teams. Everything works as expected.

Pros and Cons

Adhoc conferencing.
Team Spaces.

Import of personal contacts (I just found the way over the Webex site).

Return on Investment

Communication will be faster then before.
Adhoc meetings a lot faster.

Alternatives Considered

Webex Events, Webex Meetings and Cisco Webex DX80

Webex App gave us the opportunity to build teams and communicate information just in the specific team or share it with all colleagues. It is also good to discuss in teams, may start a conference when needed, and the use of whiteboard to clarify some processes. Also, we see directly who will be available.

I am a Webex Fangirl :) I really love the calender integration to plan meetings. As already told before I did not really like the personal import way in cause I could not do it direclty via App

Ease-of-Use

It is an all in one solution. We could chat, start meetings, have calender integration. Not have to use multible tools for that
