Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use the Webex App for our internal collaboration as well as to communicate with external partners. Our workforce is highly distributed over multiple time zones. Webex App helps us to keep e-mail volume low whilst having all stakeholders in the loop. Teams and Spaces are set up according to our Value Streams which makes it really comfortable to add co-workers to a project. Moderated channels help us to push relevant corporate information to our employees.
- Scheduling Team Meetings and providing recordings in a Space helps to get everyone on track.
- I really love the sync between the Desktop and the iPhone App. Seamless switching between devices.
- Bots can be integrated: For example, you can get updates from Salesforce to your Space. Reduces App Toggling.
- I really miss the feature to send/forward an e-mail to a space.
- The @-Mentioning feature cannot be customized. You cannot define user-groups.
- The embedded Whiteboard-feature is very rudimental.
- Provides a Platform for internal and external Collaboration-on-the-go, as a Self Service, without the need for Admin Provisioning
