We use Webex App in every department, from administrative to business and technical.
We use Webex App to communicate with customers by holding meetings and presenting proposals and diagrams.
We also use Webex App to perform remote support, requesting control of a machine on the customer's network and from there performing the necessary actions.
Our suppliers have also carried out a lot of training using Webex App and in this regard the tool leaves nothing to be desired as it has space for Q&A and comments.
