We use Webex App in our organization for communication and collaboration within the organization and with external customers. Webex App is used for internal meetings and discussions such as brainstormin and weekly status update calls. We use Webex App with external cusomers to discuss projects and knowledge sharing on our offerings. Webex App helps record such important meeting for future reference.

We wanted to ensure that employees have necessary hardware and software to implement hybrid worflow. In order to support remote connectivity, we needed to ensure that customers have good internet connectivity at home. also, security challenges had to be addressed while supporting hybrid work. We also needed to ensure employee's productivity remains high in hybrid work setup.

Cisco's hybrid work solutions, i.e. Webex App, we could leverage the existing hardware and software to provide remote connectivity to support hybrid work. Team communication and collaboration using features of Webex App helped improve employee productivity. Security challenges were also met with the use of Cisco's hybrid work solutions.

Coworkers experienced seamless team collboration and communication using Webex App. They could connect with their peers in real-time using Cisco Webex meeting and share notes, view meeting transcripts and record audio and video meetings for studying them at a later stage. This helped them meet project delivery deadlines while working in hybrid work model.
