Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

With our company going to a hybrid work environment and be more agile. We needed to allow for better collaboration and to be able to serve our customers with the ability to work from anywhere.

  • Continue to improve upon integrations with other applications (MS Teams).
  • Continue to grow their PSTN capabilities globally.
  • Reduction in our hardware needs.
  • Remote locations easier and more cost effective to bring online.
  • Reduction in our administration costs.
We are also leveraging meeting room technologies across not only our office locations but for our hybrid team members.
Webex Calling allows us to better collaborate securely across our organization. Doesn't matter if you are in an office location or remote the experience is always consistent and secure no matter your location.

We were able to quickly and easily roll out Webex Calling across our global office footprint as well as all of our hybrid team members. By utilizing the softphone application and the cloud we are able to save costs on physical hardware and this also allows us to bring new office locations online faster and with lower costs.
