Best Experience with Webex Calling
Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
I run a small consulting, training and commercial reseller company, so I do not have a large support staff. However, I do still use Webex Calling in its full capacity because I need to understand all aspects of how it works so I can help others understand it, as well as install and support it myself.
- Easy setup and integrations.
- Extensive calling features supported.
- Multiple device support for phones and video endpoints.
- Lots of vendors to choose from for PSTN services.
- Better documentation for administrators that's easier to find.
- Webex Calling has empowered my startup business from 4 years ago to grow and pursue many different lines of business.
- The transition from Spark to Webex is difficult and there has not been a lot of support to make this transition easier.
I use a Cisco Unified IP Phone 8845 and a Cisco Telepresence DX80 for each of my employees. I hope to upgrade the Telepresence systems to the new Webex Desk series soon, as they will offer many new and improved integrations that will make the workplace run much smoother.
Although Webex does offer the ability to control security on-premises with a Hybrid HCS solution, the built-in security Webex offers is so secure, that I have no concerns over my personal or employee privacy. The Control Hub is an easy-to-use management solution that I can access form anywhere I have an internet connection, and offers all the management tools I need from a single pane of glass.
I have had to join meetings with other companies over Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and their clients were not very intuitive, not was the meeting experience as pleasant as the Webex Meetings I am use to. After Cisco began offering a seamless join option from my Webex device to a Zoom of Microsoft Teams meeting, my join and involvement experiences have improved greatly.
