Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
All my Voice communications, both Webex to Webex that through main HQ PABX traditional lines. Webex calling answers better the question "can I go to the cloud for voice?". The main problems are related to traditional services like Directories, but more integrations are already available to fix these issues.

- External directory service (non only webex enabled users)
- possibility not to use Local Gateway
- No maintenance costs
- Brign service anywhere
Cisco Call manager on-prem and Cisco ISR routers
Very well, considering that you have a complete voice platform also without implementing LGW and, after having activated your ORG, you have all services ready in a few hours. Since the platform has all services in it (IVR, P.O, Hunting groups, etc..), no need to implement or buy additional integrating services are needed.
- Cisco Unified Border Element (Cube) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager)
Complete above services and brings all to the cloud , with all advantages on anywhere services
