We have made calls remotely, without the need to use VPN, because you can make international calls, this has resulted in creating a very strong work environment. We can communicate by creating audio calls, video calls, international conferences, and webinars, it works like a good virtual office.
- It is a tool that works in the cloud, this means that we can use it from anywhere and at any time.
- It is fully operational on desktop systems and Android phones.
- It is an extremely easy and simple tool to use and allows you to make calls and connect from an international number at no additional cost.
- You can easily integrate with other applications.
- We have not had any inconvenience, it has improved not only productivity but has also helped us make the most of our time and working hours.
- It has created a good impact, its price is not high so we have not had any problems.
- It is a flexible tool, and one that adapts to small organizations that do not work with large budgets.
Although it is a platform that has good integrations, in our organization we have used it for remote communications, and we have not needed other integrations to understand it.
Security has really worked very well, each function and feature has helped us to be able to create communications with our entire work team, without any problem.
In the same way as Cisco, FreeConference is a good function for managing remote communications. We can hold conferences with potential clients, and create webinars with our work staff using a mobile phone.
