Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

The company employeeing me uses Webex Calling platform as everyday meeting, chatting and phone system. It is very easy to use, intuitive, providing an user experience above average. Also, Webex Calling is available for mobile phones, making it as flexible and powerful to use as it can be and letting people being connected almost anytime, anywhere and thus giving the freedom to use chats, meetings, videomeetings and calls whenever are needed. Honestly, the sound and video quality is always as good as it can be giving the user a positive feeling and always a valid support to lean on.

  • Very good audio and video quality
  • Light client well behaving, both for pc's and phones
  • Lots of updates, perhaps a bit too many
  • The password change rules sometimes prevent users from a quick access
  • Call recording feature missing
  • It has greatly simplified meeting customers and partners
  • It represents a cheap way to chat, share, audio and video meeting
  • It's portable on almost any device, at least the most spread ones
Webex Teams and Webex Meetings. All toghether, these features provide a complete platform easing my company's everyday communications needs, giving each user a great experience and providing an easy and quick way to communicate.
Webex Calling is part of a complete environment born to ease communications inside and outside companies. It works very well, providing a reliable platform for any device on which it is installed; the audio and video quality is top-level (at least as good as it can be according to network availability and speed) and has never crashed or suddenly left me alone.

Webex Calling is a perfect Voip platform properly tailored for companies with lots of employees, even spread all over the world. It provides great audio and video features and easy-to-join feature for non Webex users (i. e. people invited for a call or a meeting, outside the company). Perhaps it may be even too much for smaller companies with fewer workers and may represent an expensive investment not justified by limites business needs.
