Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Integrated into our UC solution - main challenge is that most interaction is via Teams, Webex Calling tries to integrate but end up having to close it as it looks to override Teams. I wouldn’t have an issue with it if there were clear benefits over teams but this is not clear and therefore it’s only really used as a back up and with clients who require it.

Pros

  • Calling
  • Allowing real phone number dial in access

Cons

  • Integration with Teams feel clunky
  • Not clear on benefits / USP
  • Not applicable to me
Find it challenging to use compared to teams and therefore not suited to day to day needs
Not as well due to user adoption levels

Microsoft Teams, Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000)
For calling clients with this product it’s well suited. However as we’re seeing most internal and external clients are using teams. This becomes a less preferable option to call them as it often has challenges with integrating. Overall, I would say that the challenge is really there is not a unique selling points to this product and if there is some specific features that are better than teams. In my opinion, they are not brought to the forefront
