Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

We used Webex Calling in our organization to communicate and meet with vendors and other business related calls. We frequently use Webex Calling for meetings that sometimes require a little more features that we can benefit from such as sharing a screen or having access from our numbers from anywhere.

In the past we have used Conferencing to do a presentation around the world about the specific industry our organization is. It was effortlessly smooth for us to get this presentation up and running without any hiccups. We believe all of our nationwide viewers had the same experience we did.
Webex Calling does a great job at what is intended to accomplish. It meets all of our meeting and calling needs. It seems a secure platform for us to use and feel safe while using it. Customer Support is also awesome when ever we need anything on our side or when we can't get things going.
Webex Calling outshines Mitel in any form.
We constantly had issues with our Mitel Ip phone system.

There has been several occasions where we need a demo before purchasing something important and we use Webex Calling to meet with people to explain and demo their products. Webex Calling has allowed us to make informed decisions on our purchases.
