Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
For making phone calls: internal and external. Webex Calling is integrated with Webex Meetings so it's a convenient communication tool all around. In a Webex Meeting, one can use Webex calling by having the meeting call you, or they have a toll free dial-in.
Pros
- Integration with Computer (can ring on speakers even when headphones are plugged in.
- Ability to select Noise cancellation mode.
- Integrated directory with company directory.
- Integration with Webex Meetings (allowing dial-in and call-me)
Cons
- Can't easily add a Webex Calling contact to an ongoing conversation.
- Some lag when connecting calls after accepting the call.
- Challenging handling two calls at once - can't mute or lower volume on a specific call.
- Increased communication and collaboration capabilities
Cisco Webex Meetings. Integration with chat history and allows calling functionality with chat. There is also a Outlook plugin for adding Webex to scheduled meetings.
Host settings and participant management are pretty good. Does not allow kicking people, but it might be a company-wide configuration.
