Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Is our main channel of communication. Outlook email and Webex calling and chat. It helps to remove the barriers of virtuality and long distance.
- The image and video is very well
- The sound always works
- It is user friendly
- There should be an "On a call" status for when we join a webinar. If we join a webinar our status is still green "Available" and not busy "on a call"
- N/A since it is only for internal use
Outlook and Slido polls
Webex does it very well since I don't have to make any extra steps in my meetings. The security and host settings are things I'm glad I don't need to worry about.
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Skype
Because of all the features and setting other products don't have. the possibility to have a space for communicating with all our colleagues through chat, audios, calls, and videocalls. It's the best app
