Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
We use Webex Calling for all the team meetings ( which includes Daily stand-ups, all Sprint ceremonies, and even for PI Planning)that we have with both Internal teammates and also with External Vendors.
In addition, we use Webex Calling for any quick touchpoints with individual teammates. Webex Calling has been a comprehensive tool that we use across Enterprise for any meetings and we use Vide calling extensively to interact to simulate face to face meeting.

- Direct call with individuals
- Large group calls
- We can't see Webex chats when we make direct call to a person using Webex Calling
- In our Org. we can just see messages for past 7 days , wish this was longer
Webex Calling is my one-stop shop for my Meetings, calls, and Instant messaging. In addition to one-on-one chatting, we even create a specific Space (Group chat) and communicate about a project. We use this Webex Calling meetings for our Program Increment planning which has around 400 - 500 people. In addition we use inidividual Scrum Master's Webex Calling for individual break out sessions
Webex Calling is very collaborative and quicker way to bring a group of team mates to huddle quickly and very easy way to communicate rather than communicating via emails.
Even though both products have it's own Pros and cons, I personally prefer Webex Calling as it is more user friendly and easy to start up.
