Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling helps us in better calling experience as it uses Cisco's on cloud infrastructure its very reliable and has amazing features which makes it very reliable to use. The best part is it can be integrated with your current PBx's solution.

Pros

  • We can use call park feature
  • better call quality and reliability
  • It can also work on lower bandwidth network.

Cons

  • call quality is good almost all times but it can be laggy occasionally
  • UI can be improved
  • Better calling quality
  • Little to no call drops which makes sure we do not get disconnected during an important call.
We use Webex App and Webex Meetings as well. We are really appreciative of Cisco for providing the best infrastructure for online calling and meeting. The pricing is on the higher side but that is the issue for my organization.
with its end to end encryption we are sure that all are calls are safe and are not been tracked. We use other Cisco apps with it like Webex App and Webex Meetings. Its amazing in that regard.
Webex has better overall infrastructure. It shouldn't come as a shock as it is backed by Cisco and Cisco is a pioneer in the network space and has amazing overall availability in the market.

We have a lot of calling work and Webex Calling is a perfect solution for that. It has amazing call quality and is mostly reliable. The best part is we get Cisco's security with it. Overall its a robust calling system by Cisco which has little to no cons.
