Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling is a collaboration tool that is using to collaterate with both internal and external teams in the organisation. It is used to call, message and send files securely. It can be used in both laptop and mobile app. Webex Calling is majorly used for communication tool in our organisation.

  • We can find the people in an organization easily using directory in Webex Calling
  • It saves a lot of time for finding a person in office rather it's easy to find in Webex Calling
  • The tool is invaluable in this hybrid work culture. Teams cannot work without communication tools like Webex Calling
We integrated Webex Calling with Webex Meeting which helps our teams to schedule the meetings and manage them in the tool. It notifies the users about the the scheduled meeting before the specific time configured by the admin. It helps the users not to miss a critical meetings.
Webex Calling is enterprise grade secure collaborative tool which complies with all major data security regulations. It can be integrated with Cisco suite seamlessly which helps the process. It is hosted on cloud for easy deployment and can be accessed by using both desktop app and moble application (IOS & Andriod). Webex Calling is an complete product.
I use both Webex Calling and Teams on daily basis. One is for internal communication and other with customers. Both the products have similar kinds of features. One major differentiation is video quality. Webex Calling has better video quality. MS Teams has better eco system then webex in terms of connecting multiple products.

Webex Calling is more suited for enterprises where teams interact very frequently. As we are in a hybrid working model, we use Webex Calling on a daily basis for communicating in various modes such as calling, chat, Video call meetings, and sharing the business securely. It also has features like call forwarding when users are in OOO.
