Webex (formerly Webex Teams) is getting used as a messaging, meetings, and collaboration tool in the whole company.
- Best video call experience
- File sharing and screen control is best
- Audio calls are great
- App integration as we want to integrate Excel sheets from SharePoint
- Outlook integration should be improved, as we face status issues on Outlook with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
- It is all on which our company runs now a days in WFH
- Gave a reliable tool for collaborating with colleagues
- File sharing and old message retention makes it best
- HCL Sametime (formerly from IBM)
Webex (formerly Webex Teams) is far better than Sametime. Sametime had no feature like Webex (formerly Webex Teams). Sametime was mainly used only for messaging while Webex (formerly Webex Teams) for audio-video calls, file sharing, collaborating on documents, etc.
