Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
It allows us to have meetings with people in our team that are working remotely. We also use it when setting up calls with clients. The ability to share our screen or have them share theirs is very useful. We also can record training sessions and distribute them out.
- Very easy to use and set up a conference room.
- I like the fact that callers have the option of calling it, having the software call them, or using their computer mic/speakers.
- The ability for people to turn on their web cams while in a conference lets us easily put a face to each name.
- Sometimes the sound quality is not the greatest.
- Video recording could be compressed better to save space.
- At times we find it hard to find who the person is that doesn't have their mic muted.
- Allows better communication with one another
- We have to train people on how to properly set up a meeting and record videos
- Allows us to record and document all client conversations for training and evidence
WebEx was just better to use and felt more like a conference/presentation. Where as Skype felt like a chat room or personal conversations. WebEx was just better suited for our company based on our size and budget. Also having customers that can attend without software requirements was a big plus.
