Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We use Webex within all Ford across the globe. All of our online meetings both withing company or with suppliers, customers, any third parties will be done on Webex. It is compatible with outlook and you can just easily create meetings with just one click which makes it easy for quick meetings.
Pros
- Online meetings are pretty easy with Webex.
- Any presentation, you can do it very easy on Webex.
- Online courses can be given by your side with ease.
- You can join into a meeting from your PC or phone.
Cons
- The user interface can be simpler.
- Connecting via phone is a bit tricky as well. You have to call an American number than dial some numbers to join in, etc. I prefer to connect through my PC though.
- Servers are not that good all the time, some times there are issues with it.
- You can communicate with your customers or suppliers very quickly across the world. It saves you time and money since you don't have to meet in a commonplace and physically be there.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Microsoft Teams
In Webex you can attend to any meeting if you have the link to it. For Skype you have to add the people in your contacts so you can invite them to meetings. Also Skype needs company accesses so we mainly use it for internal connections. Also Webex has Web browser and phone applications as well which is helpful.
