Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex for all internal virtual meetings. We are a national company and prior to 2020, we had a significant number of telecommuters. In fact, just prior to the pandemic, we installed upgraded Cisco systems to each conference room in every office, from Napa to Jacksonville. Currently, our workforce is 90% remote. We conduct team, department, region, and all-employee meetings using the Webex meeting platform. We also use Webex meetings to meet with our insureds.
- Generally excellent video quality.
- Chat and Q&A functionality are on-point and easy to use.
- Meeting set-up is a breeze.
- Outlook integration is seamless.
- Outside users are unfamiliar with the platform and meeting hosts need to spend a significant amount of time walking these folks through login.
- Virtual backgrounds slow down the connection. If a significant number of people use a background, the meeting will lose video and audio quality.

I think it's a great meeting platform, especially internally. Because of the Outlook integration, being able to set-up a Webex on the spot for your team is simple and easy. Because of the prevalence of free meeting platforms that have a higher profile, Webex login for customers/members/insureds is a lot less simple. They simply have never seen it before.

Quick Initial Response
My attendees were in a solid panic. None of them could log into the webinar; instead, they were being directed to sign in as if they were employees of our company. Thank goodness for the option to call in. For two hours, a lovely gentleman named Gaurav not only talked me through the issue but walked me through the setup to find out what went wrong. He offered to attend a test meeting, too. Gaurav went above and beyond by calling the following day to determine if the problem had been fully resolved, and it was. What a guy!
