Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
It's being used for travel expenses settlement & payroll benefits settlements such as transfer allowance, mobile bill payment, etc. It's being used by the whole organization. It's very easy and helpful in addressing travel expenses management and other expenses, it also shows expenses trends, user-wise and cost center-wise.
Pros
- User interface is awesome and very easy to understand in first go.
- Time taken for expenses entry input is very less.
- Web & mobile portal are very much synced and useful for the users.
- Expenses tracking and history management is very good.
Cons
- Mobile application could be bit smooth & faster.
- Webexpenses' search option could be deeper ie. search by hotel name, expenses amount, etc.
- Themes and customization part could be more appealing.
- Syncing and integration of Webexpenses with the company travel request system would be useful.
- Easy tracking & management.
- Time saving during processing the expense claims.
- Approval process is very user friendly.
Used the Travel Management system and I can say Webexpenses is far better in terms of time-saving.
