Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to manage all our expenses, including travel expenses. It is used by the whole organization. It has allowed us to move from a paper-intensive system to a paperless one, which helps us meet our sustainability targets. It is also, as a user who used to store receipts in envelopes, made that part of life a whole lot easier.

Pros

  • Intuitive to use.
  • Good customer support when any questions arise.

Cons

  • It isn't possible for a user without administrative permissions to delete a mistaken entry.
  • Good for paperless office.
  • Good for time savings.
It is mostly very intuitive to use.
The one time I contacted support they were fast, friendly and very helpful.
I didn't do the research on this one!
I have had some trouble with the app in the past, but I am not sure if that is due to the phone it's on, or the app itself. Chances are it's the first.

    Hello there, Thank you for leaving us a review. We are pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience using our system and features! For claims with errors you can go into the claim, go to Actions and then un-submit the claim. However if it has been approved, the only way to get it back is by asking accounts to reject it.
