Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use it for daily expenses, I am in Field Sales and therefore buy things regularly daily.

Pros

  • Simply laid out.
  • Easy to use on the app.
  • Categories are clear to use.

Cons

  • The emails are sometimes very clunky when they get rejected and the notes aren't too clear.
  • App sometimes cuts out.
  • Time consuming.
  • Worth doing to get money back.
I feel the app is easy to use to but could be even slicker and would like the app to stop cutting out.
The email notes are quite confusing and clunky.
They are very similar to be honest, although getting expenses approved was a lot faster through Concur.
