Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the whole organisation, makes it a lot easier to process and keep track and for approvals.
  • Makes approvals easier rather tan having to chase someone down to approve.
  • Quicker process, so no need to wait too long for expenses to be paid.
  • Copy tool is very useful and saves time.
  • Recommended title so don't have to put one in maybe.
  • Copy from an old/previous claim claim.
  • No real cons I can think of.
Had no problems and when I have come into difficulty the customer service has been great.
I had an issue last year and Webexpenses were very helpful and solved my issue promptly.
Copied travel expenses, etc., so had been really useful and if approver is on holiday, it is good to change approver etc.
A lot quicker, reliable and easy to use.
