Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used as an expense management tool across my entire my organization of 5000+ employees. It helps us in logging our expense claims and get reimbursed for the same. It helps us in managing a variety of expenses we're adding and tracking the approval flow. Both web and app version of Webexpenses is used in my organization.
  • Easy to use and clean interface.
  • All key metrics around expenses such as unsubmitted, submitted, approved, rejected are clearly shown upfront which makes managing your claims easy.
  • The login sometimes is a nightmare. I've personally faced issues with login sometimes and so have my colleagues.
  • The UI of reporting a claim even though is functional seems a bit outdated and needs a revamp to make it look modern.
The UI of the tool is very intuitive and easy to use. It works perfectly for what its intended to do. The dashboard shows all the key metrics a user is concerned about and can quickly action upon. The user need not go through each expense rather just look at the dashboard to see if any claim is accepted or rejected. So the overall usability is really high.
I've never faced any issue as such and have never reached out to support. So can't comment.

Yes

Webexpenses is a great no-fuss tool if you want to manage your team's expenses. It is easy to use and intuitive. It lacks in the UI part where it seems a bit outdated. Along with that, it might not have all the capabilities that a company might need in a tool. For my organization's purpose, it works perfectly well.
