Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used by all sales team to claim expenses. It resolves the problem of having to keep receipts until a point in time when you can start to make a claim, the mobile app allows us to upload receipts immediately so we don't have to worry about losing a receipt, etc.

  • Ability to upload and makes claims when no access to laptop/PC.
  • Helps to manage the various categories of expenses.
Easy to use and efficient.
Prompt responses if we ever need to contact the team...I have only had to contact the team regarding new starters setup as everything else is so efficient.
Utilising the notifications and alerts the system generates to allow me to act quickly and with ease.
It exceeds my requirements - excellent software!
We only used a manual submission before so no actual system like WebExpenses so this has massively reduced the administration times.

Webexpenses is well suited to the 'always on the go' employees who benefit from having to spend less time on admin tasks so they can invest their time and effort to their job roles. The approval process is quick and easy and the notifications are excellent which allows me as the manager to get on with my role but act quickly to approve as the links in the emails take me to exactly where I need to be to review.
