Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Is it used across the entire organisation in order to properly account, file, and process the corporate expenses for all users It fully automatises the expense management process, saving considerable time to employees and the organisation It offers both web-based and phone-based options, allowing for flexibility for people on the move.

The app works great, as already described. Really user-friendly and intuitive interface that requires no training at all. Also, really fast and reliable. The website could be faster and a bit more user-friendly, but overall works fine. Another area to highlight is the automatic reading of receipts. Overall works ok but tends to fail in catching the right currency when traveling and spending abroad.
Great product overall, works well and intuitively, and helps me save time. I would like to provide particular positive feedback on the mobile app, which is single-handedly one of the best ones I have seen in the market. It could improve in website interface and the automatic reading of receipts.
Yes, I have been using it for that. The usage is different when you are in the office vs when you are on the go In both cases I take pictures of the receipts on my phone or I forward them by email in the case of online purchases. However, when in the office I then submit my expenses on the website and when travelling by the app.
The most important thing for us was to find a product that was reliable, automatic, and user-friendly. I think Webexpenses has generally achieved all three requirements, and people in the office have very little to complain about. The only thing I would improve is the website usability and automatic reading of receipts (which is already ok but could be better).
Fortunately, I have not used any other alternative before so I am afraid I am not in a position to establish any sort of comparative analysis between Webexpenses and any of its competitors. However, when asking people in other organisations Webexpenses was always the recommended option instead of other providers.

A great tool to automate expense management, generally working quite well across systems and user-friendly for the entire organisation. The app works really web and is the best feature of Webexpenses. You can easily upload receipts and claim items on the go and even submit your monthly expenses. The website could be a bit less clunky but generally works ok.
