Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
We use Webexpenses for expense claims; this has replaced the legacy process that we previously had in place. We are not able to cover all expense claims in one process that includes the expense claim itself along with attaching receipts for things like petrol and purchases.

- The time saved by having a system in place would have saved hundreds over the workforce
- Claims can be completed easier and less likely to be returned to fix any errors
In the last company I worked for, this was done via excel and email, which was not as efficient. The whole process from start to finish is very slick and reduces time, and then keeps users happy as opposed to making it a laborious task.

Using Webexpenses
40 - The Management, Sales and the Engineering teams will use the software for processing expense claims.
For any support, we would first speak to HR and then come to Webexpenses direct for any issues.

Webexpenses is good value for money, the cost is outweighed by the time saved for multiple employees completing all expense claims.
No changes could be made; I only wish we had done this sooner.

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - The feedback was good, with minimal issues from staff moving to the new system. People are much happier using an easy-to-use piece of software than the old manual process.
