Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for expense claims; this has replaced the legacy process that we previously had in place. We are not able to cover all expense claims in one process that includes the expense claim itself along with attaching receipts for things like petrol and purchases.

Very easy to use; I found adding the receipts and milage easy the first time with no requirement for additional training. I was able to process the whole claim very quickly and go through simple steps to complete the process.
Not applicable as I have not needed to raise a support ticket
In the last company I worked for, this was done via excel and email, which was not as efficient. The whole process from start to finish is very slick and reduces time, and then keeps users happy as opposed to making it a laborious task.

I highly recommend Webexpenses to anyone using a basic system to process their claims. It is much easier than filling in excel spreadsheets etc., than having this emailed or printed off for approval. Any similar manual process is very time-consuming, and the chances for mistakes are increased.

Using Webexpenses

40 - The Management, Sales and the Engineering teams will use the software for processing expense claims.
For any support, we would first speak to HR and then come to Webexpenses direct for any issues.

  • I think the only expectation would have been to still have some users wanting to use excel. But as the software is so easy to use all users moved over to it immediately.

I would see no issues in renewing the Webexpenses software, and this has improved the way we process expenses.

Webexpenses is good value for money, the cost is outweighed by the time saved for multiple employees completing all expense claims.
No changes could be made; I only wish we had done this sooner.

Webexpenses Implementation

As long as you have people that are fully aware of the setup steps to get users into the software then I would see no issues arising for any company.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - The feedback was good, with minimal issues from staff moving to the new system. People are much happier using an easy-to-use piece of software than the old manual process.
