Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
Scheduling, verifying benefits, creating and using patient portals and demographics. Not many problems, but the patient portal could be smoother. Sometimes there are duplicate accounts, and it would be nice if web pt could auto-merge based on name or birthdate.
Pros
- Making scheduling simple.
- Readability
- User-Friendly.
- Ease of adding patients, therapists, and providers.
Cons
- Cost
- more features
- listing more information over pt when just doing a scroll-over.
- Allows us to see insurance rates and approvals.
- The edoc feature helps keep everything in one place so it can be easily found.
- We can more easily care for a patient's needs by seeing all of their cases and info at once.
They can customize your plan to get what you need and only pay for what you'll use! It's like a pick-your-own plan. We only need it for insurance and patient charts, so we don't have to pay for things like check-ins or features we aren't using.
I don't think WebPt has helped us with a lot of compliance issues, but it would be nice if there was a way to store client info like cards into our system. Even to use for things like late fees or no-shows. We are unable to do this currently.
Planning Center was good anytime I worked in large company ministry. They allowed you to upload many things including mp3 song files, which was nice for worship and scheduling purposes. Webpt does more for adding members and clients (like in a medical setting) rather than having a smaller team and allowing everyone to access the info.
Do you think WebPT delivers good value for the price?

Yes
Did WebPT live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of WebPT go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy WebPT again?
Yes
Using WebPT
4 - two physical therapists, a PTA, and an office manager. They are used for scheduling patients, tracking insurances, taking notes, sending records, and charting. Everyone uses it slightly differently, but it works for all of these functions. We can also directly fax or email documents from here to other sources which is very helpful.
We don't currently employ anyone that would work the webPT backend. We are able to do most troubleshooting from here, but occasionally will call the helpline.

- keeping records

I do not believe this is a feature we have purchased unless it was previously bought for us by our other providers. We do like the support we have received though. They are knowledgeable and helpful.
We were trying to decide if we should add a student profile to our account because she was only going to be here for 8 weeks. The support team talked through our options and pricing with us and helped us to put her on. They also were helpful with explaining how to remove her from the account when she was done here.
