Overall Satisfaction with Wistia

As part of the marketing efforts, we create a lot of video content - webinar recordings, Interviews, product presentations, and thought leadership videos. We use Wistia as our platform to host all of these videos to be shown on different webpages and blog articles. We sometimes use it to directly send the links to the intended audience to avoid posting it on YouTube.
  • The platform is very direct and easy to access.
  • The reliability of the platform is just amazing. We have never seen Wistia's video platform acting up.
  • The ability to add chapters, turnstile, CTAs make it more friendly for marketers to spread the word and capture leads.
  • The analytics platform is also pretty good for projects.
  • The analytics and integrations for Wistia to push data to other platforms can be improved.
  • Wistia has a great ROI by helping generate leads from the videos and positions our brand better.
Wistia was our default choice because of the popularity and the quality of videos generated by the team. We did not evaluate other software platforms and directly went with Wistia.
There has never been a situation when Wistia has let us down by acting up. The platform has been on 100% reliability and has never created trouble for our marketing initiatives.
The platform is very direct and easy to use. The user interface for the platform is so appealing and easy to use that it excites the user to log in to the platform and perform the activities.
Integration is one definite area that needs improvement for Wistia. They need to integrate with different marketing automation software and CRM software for companies to start acting upon the leads. Right now they provide Zapier integration but it would not solve for all use cases and adds additional cost for the user.
Providing gated video content for webinars can be done really well with a platform like Wistia. Especially when you do not wish to provide open access to your videos through YouTube, and would like to customize the experience, Wistia can be an extremely powerful platform. Also if you are trying to collect leads from these videos.
