Workday Cloud Platform is primarily used to integrate multiple and varied processes across human talent management department at our organization. However, it is widely used by all employees for various day to day tasks e.g. payroll, annual reviews, performance management, and employee profile management. Overall it is one stop solution for human resource management at our firm.

Cons
- Simple tasks e.g. printing of key documents is very convoluted in Workday
- We expect more options to sort tasks in inbox
- Dashboards are rare and again very crowded. More informative dashboards will be good
- Process integration is the biggest positive
- Scalability is next plus point
- Ease of maintenance
The biggest plus of Workday is ease of process integration and its scalability for thousands of employees in multiple locations. Also, the product has specialized features to manage international users without much of a hassle. Also, it is better in terms of overall user experience with faster page load and rapidly moving user-tasks.
