Wrike is primarily administered by the IT project management team. They have given access to people if they are working on any project for the organization. Before Wrike, project management tasks were being managed via paper and emails. By using this tool, it is easy to keep all project information in one place and communicate with users.

- Eliminated the use of paper.
- Employees do not need to look through emails.
- Project schedule or milestones can be updated within the system and easily communicated to all stakeholders.
- Employees were very used to the old system of communication. It took a while to adapt to a new project management system.
- Employees have to log in another application, and use the email. They need to look in two places.
- It has eliminated the use of paper. Before a meeting, we do not need to print project information on super large sheets.
- Project information is easy to track and update. Anyone can send updates.
- Multiple projects can be managed within Wrike.
When compared with other systems, Wrike was more intuitive and easy to use. Hence, it was purchased over other systems. The training materials available were also very helpful. There is a learning curve but it is quick.
