Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Some of the teams in our corporate office use Wrike, but I am most familiar with how my team (Marketing) uses it every day. For us, it helps us track tasks, deadlines, and campaigns to facilitate teamwork. It also fast-tracks the review process. Using Wrike helps us all stay on the same page and stay organized!
  • The approval and review process in Wrike for Marketing is amazing for gathering feedback and finalizing content.
  • Task organization.
  • Projects vs. folders can be confusing.
  • Time-saving.
  • Improved communication.

Yes

Wrike works great for our four-person marketing team, and it would be even more useful if we had a larger team. For a team of 1-2 though it wouldn't be worth the investment. Our team loves the Wrike for marketer's add-ons, but I don't think Wrike is well-utilized by other members of our organization.
