Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use this for our communications and marketing efforts. It is currently used by three departments and being implemented in a fourth.

Pros

  • Customization.
  • Organizing work in different ways depending on the person's preference.

Cons

  • Analytics doesn't allow a time frame option, its just ongoing.
  • Interface is not user-friendly for new collaborators.
  • Allows us to maximize our resources and hours.
  • Creates transparency across departments.
Wrike was more customizable. We tested probably 10 platforms before we went with Wrike.
The technical support is decent, but we've really struggled with regular user support. At one point, we had been assigned a customer success manager, and then never heard from them once. We really like Jed Duso, our account manager, and really enjoyed the Wrike Conference.

Wrike is very useful for marketing teams, and on teams where many projects are being completed and require multiple people to complete the tasks. We are using it now to implement our new intranet, and the Gannt charts are extremely useful for building out our project timeline.
