Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Wrike is the project management system for our 4 departments. It allows us to collaborate across departments and within departments to produce a multitude of work. It creates efficiencies and collaboration.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allows you to customize processes for your organization.
Allows you to work from any location.
Provides documentation of processes and decisions for project and employee management.

Cons

It would be ideal if due dates could be set at the collaborator level. This seriously hindered our small organization and was a reason to look at other companies.
Reviewing HTML emails in Wrike is not possible through the app. You have to use a web browser.

Basecamp

We found Wrike to be a great value with a low entry barrier. It was easy to start up and they were very helpful. It was a great financial value for our non-profit.

Wrike has allowed our organization to be more strategic, more organized, and nimble in a way that we could not prior to implementation. We implemented it about 4 months prior to COVID-19 and I do not know how our organization would have survived without it. Now that we are back in the office, it is still the backbone of our production.
