Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Our entire organization uses Wrike daily, we create tasks for ourselves and others and use forms the clients fill for us regularly with content for us. Any task/job is kept in Wrike, so as account managers we can see how busy our writers are to ensure we don't give them too much or too little content. We receive content from clients in a Wrike form that tells us managers what it is, where it goes (social media), who to tag, and more. When people go on PTO the people covering from them know everything they need to do daily through Wrike tickets. We can all see how busy we are and who has time for more work through Wrike. We have many forms set up as well, to send content and tasks to different teams.
- Recurring tasks help keep track of regular assignments.
- Folders are vital to keep all tasks in a folder for each client.
- We customize forms for both internal and external teams to ensure everyone receives the right information.
- Having the ability to change 'inbox' settings could have benefits.
- Drag and drop images into the body of a Wrike ticket would be helpful.
- Nothing else here - we love it all.
- Tasks.
- Folder.
- Custom forms.
- It has saved time, all tasks [are] in one place, everything I have to do for my job is laid out in Wrike.
- Less meetings as information is passed along in Wrike.
