Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike has been a great tool to keep track of all the competing priorities. At a glance it is easy to see where projects are and what else needs to get done before completion. It saves me so much time from having to mentally remember everything. Wrike ensures nothing falls through the cracks! This has been a godsend when we are a launching a new communication plan which requires new assets to create and building everything from scratch.

  • Reminders when you have an outstanding task with advanced noticed
  • Status on smaller parts within a particular task
  • If you need to add new subsets within a tasks it can be cumbersome
  • Positive impact to ensure tasks get done
We used to use Microsoft excel to track projects. Wrike is better because it reminds users of when they need to complete things by. It also allows user to see automatically when something is done versus having to go back in and check the document for updates. It is a huge timesaver because it sends notifications when key milestones are met. It is also easy to log in and see at a glance what elements of a project are running on time and which elements are behind schedule so you can prepare accordingly.

Where you have multiple projects happening concurrently and each project has numerous parts with different stakeholders in order to complete. We had an admitted student event which had over a dozen different components across six different departments. Wrike made it very easy to see at a glance which areas we needed to go back and focus on and which areas were already ahead of schedule.

Using Wrike

25 - We use wrike between admissions and the Office of Strategic Communications. It helps ensure our outreach materials are all completed accordingly.
very little tech skill is needed to use wrike. As long as you can log in, and mark off when you do things you can use wrike!
