Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Vertiv uses Wrike on a global basis for Creative Services. This helps us to easily connect with regional teams and other lines of business. We are able to centralize all request for creative work, including videos, presentations, infographics, illustrations, event signage, marketing materials, website maintenance, digital marketing campaigns and more into a single database for assignments, scheduling and tracking.
- Provide visibility to projects across the business
- Consolidate multiple tasks into a single cohesive project
- Delegate responsibilities, track progress and keep the team involved informed.
- Wrike can be somewhat confusing, especially for low-volume users who aren't in the platform all of the time.
- There are so many aspects to the platform it's difficult to understand all of the various tools. Example: Gant charts, cascading scheduling changes throughout the project.
- Wrike has enabled our company to expedite the creative process and substantially increase volume of output
- Wrike provides excellent project visibility across regions.
- Wrike has definitely had a positive impact on Vertiv's business objectives.
Smartsheets is more difficult to learn than Wrike. Like Wrike, it's capabilities are extensive and add value to any business.
