Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage the flow of tasks for our team including requests we receive across our entire organisation. Users complete Wrike forms to send requests to us and staff utilise Wrike tasks organised within project and team folders with additional properties based on the audience and deliverables of the task. Wrike allows us to have just one source of work with clear deliverables and the ability to collaborate where necessary without multiple back and forth emails. We also use it to track time on tasks for better visibility of resources spent on projects.
- Time tracking
- Multiple properties making it customisable for your organisation
- Linking to other tasks
- Save different views of boards (eg. more than one gantt chart)
- Automation buttons
- Different formatting options like toggled headings
- Ability to track time spent by project and team
- Less tasks lost in emails
- Better collaboration
Wrike sits just below Notion for me in terms or ranking because Notion is much more customisable from a user side of things. Wrike at an organisation level, however, is clear, templated and consistent.
Previously I have used Asana and Trello in other roles and these fell just short in terms of what we could customise, Asana, did however, have great workflow integrations using Microsoft.
