Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to document and house our internal communications. It allows us to assign project deadlines, add files and images to each task, communicate about specific tasks and archives them for future reference. We have added options for clients to submit tasks as well which has saved us a lot of time.
  • allows clients to submit changes
  • assign people, deadlines and statuses to projects
  • archives files and projects
  • messages sent from Wrike to a client often go to junk mail
  • searching for a project can be difficult. The order things show up does not often make sense.
  • the client form has saved me countless hours because I don't have to implement the changes myself
I do like using Basecamp with clients. It is similar to Wrike in ways.
