Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike for every creative brief I work on. It is where the briefing documentation is kept, where creatives communicate with Client Services, and where creative outputs are placed. With multiple briefs/jobs on the go at once, Wrike is the central point for all of them and the first and last port of call when working on a job.
Pros
- Compile documents
- Notification centre
- Archiving
- Time-stamping
Cons
- User Interface
- Different display options (e.g. grid view)
- Easier to see whats most urgent
- Timesaving, having everything in one place
- Seamless mobile integration
- Cut down the need for multiple software
While Slack is mostly a chat tool, it also had use for organising teams working on specific jobs. Wrike works in the same way, while also being a secure place to store documents and complete workflows. The security and all-in-one nature of Wrike means it is doing the job of Slack along with the rest.
