Wrike is how all projects funnel through our agency. It allows us to streamline and disseminate information to cross-functional teams, while being able to easily see and manage individual workloads efficiently.
- User friendly - making it easier to adopt
- To do list functionality - making it easier for teams to get work done
- Dashboard functionality - making it easier for managers and project managers to have visibility into queues
- Files sometimes take a long time to download
- Finding a way to assign multiple people to a project/task and have each individual get it crossed off their list without completing for all (instead have to create all individual tasks)
- Sometimes the sorting/ordering functionality doesn’t work as hoped
- It’s made our functional teams more efficient
- It’s increased the capacity and bandwidth of project managers
- It’s improved cross team collaboration
