Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We are administrating tasks, through them we set up time plans as Gant charts. We also visualize resource allocation via Wrike. Getting everyone onboard is a bit hard. People find Wrike's many functions a bit too much sometimes. The Gant charts was the thing that made me choose Wrike over Monday.

We also use the report function, and snapshot for sharing.

The biggest downside is the limitations for inviting client to participate, for instance creating tasks within specific projects.
  • Gant charts
  • providing lots of ways to view data
  • keeps me on track
  • client participation without hastle. Basecamp is much better here (or was at least)
  • The search should be able to to från every view
  • ability to better track what has taken time
Gant charts, the power and rich functionality. Pricing was I bit high though.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

+planning resources.
+creating dependencies between tasks
+Discussing a task and handling the responsibility over to other people
+filters are the best, just being able to se what I need Is great

-the notifications are a bit too much for some People
-maybe an option to turn on a simple view could be nice
-a function where an assigned person is not able to see the that he/she is assigned until all planning is done (take some stress of people)
