Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to plan the years marketing campaigns, manage budgets as well as submit requests for corporate approval on documents and for campaigns to be built in Salesforce. At any given time one Campaign manager can be running 5-20 campaigns so there is a lot to manage.
- Easy blueprint use and setup of a campaign from a blueprint
- Ability to reschedule task timelines
- Form usage
- Approval process and ease of use, ability to have multiple reviewers and track their review status easier
- Ability to reschedule tasks not only in Gantt view but in table view as well
- Better integration of milestones and ability to give them dependencies
- Has taken excess steps out of our corporate approval process freeing up time for our Campaign Managers
- Ability to track budgets in one currency
- Ability to have all members assigned to their respective tasks in the blueprint to you do not have to tag each member multiple times per project, it is already set up in the blueprint
Wrike has items like approval process and templates that are available for use that make it a great tool to work with, however setting up the actual spaces and automations takes more time than other project management tools I have worked with
