Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

One of the major users of Wrike. I recieved, update and upload task in the Wrike. I communicate with stakeholders through Wrike, asking questions, clarifications, and suggestions if needed. I upload outputs to be reviewed and approved. I also QA outputs from my colleagues before it can be sent to the stakeholders.

AI and Automation

I haven't used the AI or automation features. The sudden change kind of disrupts the workflow, in my opinion. For example, suddenly changing the view style because it was recommended kind of disrupts how I view my whole process. I tried to change it back several times, so it's just another workflow disruption.

Usability

Wrike does its job of making things more organized, especially if the company caters to different workflows. It helps distribute tasks between teams and gives a bigger view of the workload of different members. It showcases easily the progress of a task or project that requires lots of parts while also be a good repository of assets that are needed for the task/project.

Alternatives Considered

Asana and Trello

As I said before, the comparison of between versions of file uploaded is really a good feature of Wrike that I havent' experience yet with other Task Management systems that I have used. Aside from that, it's easier for me to collaborations between task laid out in Wrike rather than other task management systems.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are getting task and request from people around the globe, Wrike is a good repository for such. It's organized enough to see project details, organize tasks and upload outputs. Looking between different version to see the revisions is something I really love using in Wrike as it's easier to compare which versions would be better. Although they still need to explore more when it comes to UI and UX aspect, but all in all, Wrike is really a high quality software to use especially for large company.
