Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used it for scheduling and progress tracking, as well as logging hours worked to scope resourcing.

Pros

  • It seems like a robust program for large, organized opoerations

Cons

  • In my opinion, it was not an ergonomic program
  • It made collaboration difficult for us
  • In our experience, it struggled to sync with Slack
  • I believe we ended up spending more on it than we got out of it
I can't provide much more detailed information, as our company has stopped using the platform.

The program did not do what our company needed, so we are no longer using Wrike in our daily workflow. It did not help reduce friction between review rounds, and logging hours was also pretty difficult for us. My own complaint with the program was its UI. In my experience, it wasn't welcoming, and it was difficult to see things at a glance.
