Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is our platform for managing and resourcing all creative projects for Abbott brands. Wrike is always working (never "down") and provides solutions for communicating, workflows, and version control. Not a moment in my day goes by that I don't have the Wrike platform open on my computer - it is my constant, without it, I'd be lost and unable to do my job.

Pros

  • always working - never "down" and unable to use
  • instant - very little lag time
  • intuitive - it's relatively user-friendly and easy to use

Cons

  • able to automatically adjust timelines to hit a deadline/due date
  • ability to see who has yet to approve/reject routes easily from the dashboard (without clicking into the modules)
  • looking forward to using the "notes" section in the dashboard - hoping that will be helpful to add notes for my team/general status notes for the week
  • consolidation of platforms for project management
  • improved quality of work - catching mistakes and fixing them before delivering
  • helping show our client/partner how their actions (or delays in action) impact projects
i've used the automation features, but not the AI features, yet. automation is great, as long as it's initially set-up correctly. if not set-up correctly, the automations can cause a little chaos if you're not paying close attention. i'll be curious to try out the AI features and see if we can use any.
workflows are amazing - I only wish we could "start over" as an organization and really put some thought behind HOW to best use the workflows. as an organization, we have SOOOOO many workflows, I sometimes wonder if we could have been more thoughtful and strategic with these. but - at this point, it seems like we're too "deep" into using the platform
Wrike always works - it's always up-to-date, never down, and our one source of truth.
I wish the mobile version of Wrike was more usable, but that's the only thing where Wrike may not be the front runner.

Wrike is accurate, it's fast, it's always working and the one sources of truth for our creative studio. Wrike makes my job infinitely easier - there's no waiting on things to update, no lag time, and is truly the only tool I use to keep all our brand projects and programs moving.
